Hi everyone,
Posting here following a suggestion from a Gemini Community Product Expert.
Summary:
Two of my Google accounts appear to have been affected by the automated ToS enforcement wave targeting Antigravity users in February 2026. Access to Gemini CLI and Antigravity is fully blocked on both accounts.
Key observation:
A third account of mine (PRO plan) works correctly under the same environment. This rules out client-side or capacity issues and points to an account-level restriction.
Errors collected (Ultra Family plan account) — Apr 18, 2026:
Time (UTC) Error Reason Model Trace ID
Time (UTC) Error Reason Model Trace ID

22:51 503 MODEL_CAPACITY_EXHAUSTED gemini-3.1-pro-high 13bdb02175d629d1
All errors originate from cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com/v1internal:streamGenerateContent.
The 403 and 503 affect all models, confirming this is account-level, not model-specific capacity.
Steps already taken:
Revoked all third-party OAuth permissions
Submitted appeal to gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com
Opened Google One support ticket
Removed all third-party tools (OpenClaw etc.)
I am aware of the remediation process from GitHub discussion #20632 but my accounts do not appear to have been included in the automatic unban.
Any escalation or guidance from the Google team would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
