Google AI Ultra Account Incorrectly Flagged for ToS Violation in Antigravity IDE - Requesting Appeal Review

Hello Google AI Team / Moderators,

I am writing to report a critical issue regarding my Google AI Ultra subscription. Despite being a paid subscriber and strictly adhering to usage guidelines, I am currently unable to access the service via the Antigravity IDE.

The Issue:
When attempting to log in or use the service through Antigravity, I receive the following error message:

“This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product.”

Why This Appears to be an Error (False Positive):

  1. Subscription Status: I am an active Google AI Ultra subscriber.

  2. Usage Pattern: My usage is exclusively for software development assistance within the Antigravity IDE. I have not engaged in any automated scraping, abuse, or prohibited activities that would warrant a Terms of Service violation.

  3. Sudden Onset: The account was functioning normally until recently, with no prior warnings or notifications regarding policy violations.

Given that I am a paying Ultra customer relying on this service for professional development work, this blockage is severely impacting my workflow. It appears my account may have been flagged incorrectly by an automated system.

Request:
Could a member of the support team please manually review my account status? I believe this suspension is a mistake. If there is a specific action that triggered this, please let me know so I can rectify it immediately. Otherwise, I kindly request that the restriction be lifted so I can resume using the service I have subscribed to.

Account Details for Investigation:

  • Plan: Google AI Ultra

  • Platform: Antigravity IDE

  • Error Message: “violation of Terms of Service”

Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter.

Hi @rongwei_ji,@Abhijit_Pramanik,

I’m experiencing the exact same issue — I’m a Google AI Pro subscriber, and my account has also been incorrectly flagged for ToS violation when trying to access via Antigravity IDE. Like you, I’ve strictly followed usage guidelines and only use it for legitimate development assistance.

This seems to be a systemic false positive affecting paying users. Hope Google’s team can review this urgently and restore access for affected accounts.

Thanks for raising this — let’s hope we get a swift resolution.
