Urgent: Account Disabled for ToS Violation - Premium Subscriber Needing Help

Hi everyone,

My AntigravityGemini Code Assist account has been disabled with the following error:

“This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service.”

My Situation

  • I am a legitimate user (not an abuser)
  • I have been using Antigravity with a paid subscription
  • I may have used third-party tools (opencodeOpenClaw) with Antigravity OAuth authentication

What I’ve Done

  1. I have already sent an appeal email to gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com
  2. I am still waiting for a response

Request

  1. Is there any way to escalate this issue?
  2. How long does the appeal process usually take?
  3. Has anyone successfully resolved a similar issue?

Thank you in advance for any help or guidance!

Best regards,
Dong Shen

Hi @dongshen ,

We have heard your feedback regarding recent bans linked to third-party tool usage. We are currently rolling out a system-wide automated unban for all affected accounts. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the Antigravity experience. #terms

Hi @Mrinal_Ghosh,

I am writing to report that my account has been banned again as of today (March 3rd).

Everything was working perfectly yesterday, which led me to believe the “system-wide automated unban” you mentioned had successfully resolved my issue. However, the ban has unexpectedly returned this morning.

I would like to reiterate that I do not use any third-party tools or unauthorized software. It appears the Antigravity system is still incorrectly flagging my account. Could you please look into this specific recurrence and help restore my access?

Thank you for your continued assistance.
