Google AI Ultra Subscriber – Account Disabled (403 ToS Violation) – Requesting Manual Review

Hello Google AI Team and Community,

▎ I am a Google AI Ultra subscriber ($249.99/month) and my Gemini / Code Assist access has been disabled with the
following error:

▎ ▎ “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to
continue using this product.”

▎ Account Information:
▎ - Google Account
▎ - Subscription Plan: Google AI Ultra
▎ - GCP Project: sacred-sunspot-6jlsn
▎ - Date of Suspension: Approximately March 18–19, 2026

▎ Context:

▎ I am a developer who uses Gemini models daily for coding assistance. During a recent development session, I ran some
automated test scripts that made API calls at a higher frequency than normal usage. I did not realize this pattern
could trigger a Terms of Service violation. This was completely unintentional.

▎ Steps I’ve Already Taken:

▎ 1. Stopped all automated API access immediately
▎ 2. Revoked all third-party OAuth tokens
▎ 3. Thoroughly reviewed the Gemini API Terms of Service
▎ 4. Sent an appeal email to gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com

▎ My Request:

▎ - A manual review of my account for possible restoration
▎ - Clarification on which specific policy was triggered, so I can ensure full compliance going forward

▎ I rely heavily on these services for my professional work and am committed to using only official Google clients
(Antigravity IDE, Google AI Studio) in the future.

▎ I would greatly appreciate any guidance from the team or community members who have experienced similar situations.

▎ Thank you for your time.

▎ Best regards,
▎ Darren Zhang

Thank you for restoring my account previously. Unfortunately, my Gemini Code Assist access has been disabled again
as of today (March 21) with the same 403 “Terms of Service violation” error.

▎ This time I want to emphasize that my usage was extremely minimal — I only ran a handful of basic diagnostic API
calls (literally 2-3 requests) to verify the service was working after the previous restoration. No automated scripts,
no batch processing, no high-frequency calls. Just simple single requests to confirm connectivity.

▎ This makes me concerned that the automated detection system may be too aggressive and is flagging normal, legitimate
usage patterns. As a paying AI Ultra subscriber ($249.99/month), I should be able to at least verify that the service
I’m paying for is functional.

▎ Could the team please:
▎ 1. Restore my access again
▎ 2. Investigate why minimal usage triggered another suspension
▎ 3. Advise on what specific usage pattern is considered safe, so I can stay within those boundaries

▎ I’ve been very careful since the last incident — stopped all automation and revoked old tokens. I’m not sure what
else I can do on my end if even a few test requests trigger a ban.

▎ Thank you for your help.
