Upgrading our tier?

We are having trouble upgrading from tier 1 to a higher tier (2 or 3 would work).

We’ve submitted the form twice over the past 2 months and reached out to support, but haven’t gotten any help / communication on when this will happen. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Upgrading from Tier 1 can take time, as approvals are not always immediate even after submitting the request form. It’s best to follow up directly through the Gemini API support page to ensure your request is in progress.
