Upgrade criteria for tier 2 on ai studio

i want to upgrade from tier 1 to tier 2. the docs mentions that the associated billing account’s spend should be > $250 (mine current is ₹30,734.87) (~$350 from jan 2025 till now).

i dont see the upgrade option yet on ai studio, and billing support has been telling me its upto google developer team to approve. i’ve also filled the form they mention in the docs.

any idea how to solve this? or what might be missing?

tier2 upgrade is available after 30 days of successful payment of >250$ .

you say that your total spend is ~350$ , when was the last payment done on this? has that been more than 30 days?

if that is the case and you still don’t have the access you can talk to Billing support and ask them to look into it.
