There is a persistent and recurring issue: the interface repeatedly generates a “New Chat” entry in the history each time the Home screen is accessed. Regardless of the circumstances, it continuously adds to and burdens the history, leading to confusion and necessitating a search for recent chats. These entries are invariably created and labeled with the title “Untitled prompt,” potentially resulting in numerous conversations sharing the same title.
Today, I observed that the problem is even more severe. If I navigate away from a conversation, or more precisely, transition from the chat to the Library, the conversation’s name is updated to “Untitled prompt,” which could precipitate significant problems. I have grown accustomed to deleting all the superfluous conversations created under that same title, but in this instance, it was a genuine conversation. It would have been disastrous had it been inadvertently deleted due to the name change.
