I can confirm the exact same thing on my side. Pro account fails to login with “Unexpected issue” popup. While another google account without Google AI Pro on the exact same machine and antigravity version is able to login successfully.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have shared the issue to our internal teams for a further investigation.
If the issue persists, please try re-running the verification process, clearing your browser cache, and restarting Antigravity before re-logging into your account.
Hello,
We have implemented a resolution for the issue where Pro benefits were not being correctly recognized for users in certain regions.
Could you please confirm your current country and verify if your Pro account is incorrectly appearing as a free account?
Thanks for the update. I’m currently located in Indonesia. I can confirm that when I open Gemini, my account shows the “PRO” label next to my profile photo, so it does not appear as a free account on my side.
Please let me know if you need any additional details (e.g., screenshots, account email, or steps to reproduce).
Hello @Miftakhul_Rizky,
Thank you for sharing your location country. Any additional details (e.g., screenshots, error logs, steps to reproduce) you can provide regarding the issue would be very helpful.
Please, don’t share your personal account email on the forum.
Regional Availability: Please note that upgraded quotas through Google One are not currently available in all locations. We recommend referring to the full list of supported regions here to confirm availability in your area.
Account Status: Please ensure you are signed in with the correct Google Account associated with your Pro subscription. You can verify this by opening the Settings menu in Antigravity and clicking on Account in the left-hand sidebar. If the wrong account is listed, simply click Sign out and log back in with the correct credentials.
Thanks for the checklist. I’ve attached screenshots showing my current Google One plan (Google AI Pro 2 TB) as proof of an active subscription. I’ve also attached the only error screenshot I have.
Unfortunately I can’t provide additional logs or more steps right now, because after I signed out to re-check the account (as suggested), I’m no longer able to sign back in. So at the moment, those screenshots are the only evidence I can share.
Could you please advise what I should do next to regain access (or what specific diagnostics/logs you need and where to collect them, given I can’t log in)? If regional availability is a factor for Indonesia, please confirm whether Google AI Pro benefits/quotas are supported here for my account.
Recently I heard Google started blocking some Pro accounts. I have no idea whether it has something to do with this but it sounds very frustrating. I hope you get it fixed.
