Login Issue with Google Pro Account: "Unexpected issue setting up your account" after Gemini Pro Quota Exhausted

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Antigravity smoothly until recently. After my Gemini 3 Pro quota was exhausted, I started encountering a persistent login issue with my Google Pro account.

Environment:

  • OS: Windows 11 Pro (Version 25H2)

Problem Description: When attempting to log in with my Google Pro account, the following error message appears:

“There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Please try again later.”

Troubleshooting Steps Taken: I have already tried the following to resolve the issue, but none of them worked:

  1. Uninstalled Antigravity.

  2. Deleted all data in %username%\.antigravity.

  3. Deleted all data in %username%\AppData\Roaming\Antigravity.

  4. Performed a clean reinstallation of Antigravity.

  5. Cleared cache and cookies across all browsers.

Results:

  • Result 1 (Google Pro Account): Still unable to log in; the same error message persists.

  • Result 2 (Non-Pro Account): I tested a different, non-Pro Google account, and it logs in successfully without any error messages.

It seems the issue is specific to the Pro account, possibly triggered by the quota limit reached previously. Has anyone encountered this or knows how to reset the account state within Antigravity?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

good afternoon , same thing on my side from saturday 07.02 .2026 . I dont have a support paid so i write to customer service but they take care only about the billing so they pointed me to the community. Is very frustrating as i suppose to receive a notification if my account was locked / blocked/ exceeded quota etc, the only message i found was in the logs… I did too all the steps above with no luck …Anyone had this issue?

Same issue here. I am not sure why this is happening. What is the reason? I did not get any email or anything either.

Did you try Gemini cli with Google login and is it working? If no, then your account might be banned due to TOS violation.
