This is unacceptable I’m spending $250/mo. and not being able to use Antigravity for one week already due to “There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Please try again later.”, FIX IT OR REFUND US ENOUGH

I am running into the same error as well. I have been trying to log into Antigravity since more than 2 weeks now, however, always run into an error stating “There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Please try again later".

I have tried sigining out, clearing browser cahche, tried logging in using an icognito tab, tried troubleshooitng steps from this article: Google AI Pro subscriber stuck with 7-day Weekly Quota lockout on Antigravity, yet, I am stilll unable to log into Antigravity using my account. I created an alternate accout and am able to use it.

Now I know why I can’t log in, Google banned my account for using it on OpenClaw, there wasn’t even any warning? I hate them so much, I feel disappointed that such a big company doesn’t care about consumers who have paid hundreds of dollars for an IDE that is still not perfect.

Same issue here. Paying Google One AI Pro subscriber, locked out for 2+ weeks now. Free account works fine on the same machine.
What I’ve exhausted:

  • Cleared cache, cookies, reinstalled Antigravity
  • Verified age, tried different networks, VPN (US)
  • Canceled and renewed Pro subscription
  • Revoked third-party access, submitted Country Association Form
    Key finding from my investigation:
    I compared my working account vs broken account in Google Cloud Console. Both have gen-lang-client-* projects, both have Gemini API and Gemini for Google Cloud API enabled, identical setup — yet one works and one doesn’t. There is no visible difference on the client side.
    I also manually enabled Cloud AI Companion API and Generative Language API on the broken account’s project — still the same error.
    This confirms it’s a server-side flag on specific Google Account IDs that cannot be resolved locally. No amount of cache clearing, reinstalling, or API enabling fixes this.
    @Abhijit_Pramanik Could you please escalate this? The standard troubleshooting checklist (age verification, region check, sign out/in) does not work for affected accounts. We need the engineering team to identify and remove whatever server-side block is flagging our accounts.

Could you please explain how you determined that your account was banned? Is there a specific page or status report dashboard that I might be overlooking?

hey @that.Steve are you from Google? and is there any tos that mentions that it is not allowed to use on Openclaw? is there a warning about that? can you provide a link to the specific tos that mentions Openclaw?

The ToS mentions third-party, which includes OpenClaw. Did you even read the ToS? No.

Did they mention “Openclaw"?

They don’t have to mention it explicitly.

I’m also having same issue as these guys , it’s been 14 days solve the damn issue already.
