I am currently a Google AI Pro subscriber, and I purchased this subscription specifically to use the Antigravity service. However, I am completely unable to log in.
Here is my status:
Account: Google AI Pro active.
Account type: Personal account
Verification: I have successfully verified my age.
Location: I am currently residing in a supported country/region (VietNam).
I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue using the resources provided at FAQ Google Antigravity , but none of the solutions there are working or effective. I have also noticed on various community forums that many other users are facing this exact same issue with no working fix available.
I am unsure if this is a server-side bug or a specific account restriction. The only potential factor I can think of is that my Google/Gmail account is newly created. Could this be causing a delay or flagging my access?
Please tell me the cause of this error and the estimated time for it to be fixed? If this error cannot be fixed, how will payments be handled for accounts that are unable to use the service?
This is understandably frustrating, especially since you’ve already verified all the required conditions.
Similar cases have been showing up recently, and they don’t seem to be caused by AI Studio or Antigravity usage itself, but by account-level eligibility signals on the backend. New Google accounts, recent age verification, or subscription changes can temporarily put those signals out of sync.
Unfortunately, this isn’t something users can fix locally. It usually requires an internal eligibility refresh by the Google / Antigravity team.
You did the right thing by documenting your status clearly — that really helps staff review these cases more efficiently.
Who would you you advise to contact? It seems this is becoming a big issue, I tried Reddit, GitHub, lots and lots of people have the same issue - including me. With such and so many problems, it is not easy at all for devs to switch from VSCode to Antigravity…
I’m not sure who to contact now. I sent an email to antigravity-support@google.com but haven’t received a response even after more than a week. All I’ve received are automated emails asking me to access the FAQ, but they’re completely ineffective. My monthly subscription is just going to waste.
