[Antigravity] "Account Ineligible" error on Google One AI Pro (Free account works fine)

Issue: I am unable to access the Antigravity IDE with my personal Google account (which has an active Google One AI Pro subscription). I am receiving an “Account is ineligible” error upon login.

Troubleshooting / Isolation: This is not a network or device issue.

  • Works: I can log in and access Antigravity perfectly on this same machine and network using a secondary, free Gmail account.

  • Fails: My main paid account is blocked.

  • Environment: macOS, Home Network, No VPN.

Support Status: I have an open case, but support is currently attributing this to “Workspace” or “Network” restrictions. The fact that my secondary account works on the same connection rules this out. It appears to be a backend entitlement bug specific to the AI Pro subscription status on this account.

Question: Has anyone found a workaround for this entitlement conflict? I see other threads about the issue, but it doesn’t seem to actually be getting addressed one way or another.

2 weeks have passed and you didn’t solve it. I am sorry, but this is unnacceptable as meanwhile, we’re paying for a subscription we can’t use in the software and it seems the hype is going down. People need to reach to the head developers via Twitter to solve an issue that probably takes you a dev sprint to fix. Just check Reddit and see how many people have the same error - there are hundreds of comments. If you go this road, I promise you, Antigravity will fail.
Please do better.

Hi everyone,

I’m currently a Google AI Pro subscriber, and I subscribed specifically because I wanted to use Antigravity. However, my account is still marked as “not eligible” and I can’t log in to Antigravity at all.

My situation:

  • Account type: Personal Google account

  • Subscription: Google AI Pro, active and paid

  • Age verification: Completed and approved

  • Region: I’m in a supported country/region

  • Error: “Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity. Try signing in with another account.”

I’ve already gone through the official FAQ and troubleshooting steps, but none of them fix the problem. From what I’ve seen in other forums and Google’s own developer discussions, this seems related to backend account‑level eligibility signals, especially for newer accounts, recent age verification, or subscription changes. It also looks like you can’t fix this yourself and it requires some internal refresh by the Google/Antigravity team.

I’ve contacted support (antigravity-support@google.com) but so far I’ve only received automated FAQ responses and no real resolution.

What I’d like to know is:

  • Has anyone here actually had this “account ineligible” issue resolved, and how long did it take?

  • Did anyone manage to get a refund or any kind of compensation? I bought Google AI Pro specifically to use Antigravity, and right now that part of the service is basically unusable for me.

Any concrete experiences, tips on who to contact, or wording that worked with support would be super helpful. Thanks!

I have not been able to get any response from the Antigravity support team. Google Pro support wasn’t very helpful. What I ended up doing was sharing my subscription with my secondary account, and that account had no issue accessing Antigravity using the Pro subscription

I am also a Paid AI Premium user blocked by this. Case #8-3272000040593. My free account works, but my paid account is blocked by a phantom Cloud Identity Org. When will this be fixed?

Thank you for your patience. This issue has been addressed and should now be resolved. Please let us know if you encounter any further difficulties.
