Account ineligible to use Antigravity" error for active AI Pro subscriber

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a persistent “Account ineligible to use Antigravity” error when trying to access the Antigravity IDE, despite having an active Google AI Pro subscription.

Context: I am currently working as a digital nomad and traveling. It seems the system is flagging my account as “ineligible” because of my current IP location (Indonesia), even though my subscription is active and valid.

Details:

  • Error Message: “Account ineligible to use Antigravity”

  • Account Status: Active AI Pro Plan.

  • Troubleshooting performed:

    • Verified account age and profile settings.

It appears that the eligibility check logic is too aggressive regarding IP geofencing for users with paid subscriptions. As a legitimate paying customer, I should be able to access the tools I paid for regardless of my current location.

Could you please assist in refreshing the eligibility status for my account or advise if there is a way to whitelist my session/account for cross-region access?
