please help!! i cannot upgrade my account to pro. this message has been here for so long!

I verified my age.

my country (morocco) available

i did log out log in multiple times, and re-installed the app in different pc, still same issue.

Could you please check the following account-level settings that govern Google AI plan eligibility:

  1. Verify Your Google Terms of Service Country Association: Even if you are located in Morocco, your Google Account may still be associated with a different region on the backend. Per the Antigravity Geographical Availability FAQ, check the country listed on your Google Terms of Service page. If it does not show Morocco, submit a update via the Country Association Form.
  2. Check Your Google Payments Profile & Account Type:
    • Ensure you are signed in with a personal @gmail.com account (not a Google Workspace or school/organization account) and verify your active payments profile at Google Payments Settings is set to Morocco (Individual account type) with no outdated secondary payment profiles in unsupported regions.
    • You can also check or subscribe to a plan directly at Google One AI Plans while signed into the same @gmail.com account.
  3. Update to Antigravity 2.0 v2.18.1: Please ensure your app is updated to the latest release (v2.18.1, see the Changelog), which includes the latest Google Sign-In and account session fixes.
  4. If the Message Persists: Please submit a report using the in-app Send Feedback option and share either your diagnostic logs in a .txt file or an error screenshot here so we can check your account’s entitlement status.

almost two months and they still didnt fix this??? is this serious? why am i ineligible if im from brazil and im a verified adult?
