After reviewing the forum activity over the past several hours, it appears this is not an isolated case.

Within the last 6–8 hours, multiple paying users have reported:

  • Sudden quota depletion

  • 7-day lockouts

  • Login failures

  • HTTP 400/500 errors

  • “Agent terminated due to error”

  • Rate-limit anomalies

  • Pro/Ultra restrictions without warning

This strongly suggests a systemic backend issue rather than individual policy violations or user-side errors.

Can someone from the Google team confirm:

  1. Whether there is an ongoing incident?

  2. Whether Pro/Ultra quotas were modified?

  3. Whether rate-limiting systems were recently updated?

  4. Whether this affects both UI and API users?

Transparent communication would significantly reduce user frustration.
