[BUG] Pro Tier Account Locked for 7 Days with 100% Quota Available

Description: I am experiencing a severe quota issue where my account has been locked for 7 days (168 hours) despite having 100% of my quota remaining. This happened suddenly without any heavy usage on my part.

Account:Model: Gemini 3 Pro / Claude Symptoms: The dashboard shows 100% available, but the “Resume Time” jumped from 5 hours to 7 days.

I am a Pro subscriber and this lockout is preventing me from using the service I paid for. Could any Google Employee or Forum Expert please look into this “false positive” bot detection or synchronization error?
