earlier both the scrolling and text selection function were bugged. seems like the latter is fixed but former is not. pls fix.

I think the scrolling problem is related to the UI interface rendering problem，the engineers are lazy and they don’ t want to fix it, as modifying UI interface rendering function requires writing and modifying a lot of code.
