Now, it is impossible to control the scrolling! Scrolling up or down will make it skip several exchanges and jerk to a random part of the conversation!
What’s the purpose of this new change?

I had thought it might just be my computer and my phone. I can’t even read my conversations anymore. I hope they fix this soon, this is unusable.

Exactly! This happens everywhere… every browser, even the android app… 
I think that is a bug, but why didn’t the tests detect this bug before the code was updated?

My search was “What happened to the Google AI Studio UI?” and this was the first result. The scrolling bug is extremely frustrating. It will randomly latch on to some part of the conversation and jerk around, exactly as you said. Sometimes you can scroll to the bottom and the conversation disappears, but then it comes back. I’m experiencing this in Chrome and Safari on Windows, Mac, and iOS.
