Just like what was mentioned in that previous post. [Mobile App Bug] When editing long text, the bottom of the editor cannot scroll, blocking part of the content.

This bug still hasn’t been fixed, and the same problem has started appearing on the website as well. Why hasn’t it been fixed even after so long? Is it a very serious and hard-to-fix bug?

Yes, I recently encountered a similar issue, both on a PC and on a phone. When I’m scrolling to the bottom of a long message, the scroll bar simply doesn’t display the bottom portion of the response. In this case, the only thing that worked was pressing the down arrow on the keyboard. This bug appeared approximately 2-3 weeks ago.

The first image shows editing text. At this point, the scrollbar has already been dragged to the bottom, but this is incorrect. It doesn’t display the bottom portion of the response. You can only reach the actual bottom of the text by pressing the down arrow key on the keyboard in web.
