RPD Quota Not Resetting for 4+ Days on Tier 1 Paid Account — Formally Escalated, Still Unresolved

Hi,

I’m posting this as a separate thread to provide a focused summary of my specific situation, which remains unresolved after 4+ days.

Timeline of Issues:

The problems actually began with my Google Antigravity account approximately 3–4 days before the RPD quota issue appeared. I was suddenly unable to log in via Google Auth (OAuth) on Antigravity, with no clear cause. Shortly after, the Gemini API RPD quota issue began — and I now wonder whether the Antigravity auth failure may have triggered or contributed to the backend issue that is causing the quota counter to stop resetting.

**Issue 1 — Google Antigravity Auth Login Failure (started ~Feb 18–19) - Suddenly unable to log in via Google OAuth on Antigravity account

  • No changes were made on my end prior to this
    • Account has been completely inaccessible since then
**Issue 2 — Gemini API RPD Quota Not Resetting (started ~Feb 22) - RPD counter for Gemini 3.1 Pro stuck at 248/250 for 4+ consecutive days
  • Zero API calls made since Feb 22 (confirmed by flat RPD chart in AI Studio)
    • Issue persists across two separate Google accounts with different API keys
    • Creating a new project and new API keys did not resolve the issue
    • Google Cloud Console showed the “[Generative AI on Vertex AI]” issue as “Fully Resolved” on Feb 25 — but my quota was not reset by that fix
      Steps already taken:
  • Submitted a formal Google Cloud Billing Support case (Case #68368826), which was redirected to this community
    Account details:
  • Tier: Tier 1 (Paid)
    • Project: toughCSB / gen-lang-client-0629506683
I sincerely apologize for posting separately, but I have now exhausted all other official support channels available to me. I would be deeply grateful if someone from the Google team could investigate whether these two issues are connected, and help resolve both together.

Any help, or even just an acknowledgment that these issues are being looked into, would mean a great deal. Thank you so much for your time.
