I am experiencing a persistent issue where my Requests Per Day (RPD) limit is not resetting. Even though the official documentation states that quotas reset at midnight Pacific Time, my dashboard has been stuck at 21/20 for several days.

Steps I’ve already taken:

Waited more than 48 hours to see if it would reset.

Verified that it is well past midnight Pacific Time.

Tested the API directly, and it consistently fails with a 429 error.
Is there a system-wide sync issue or an automated trigger that might be flagging my account incorrectly? Any help from the Google team to manually trigger a reset or investigate this provisioning mismatch would be greatly appreciated.
