Use Case
Lakelink Inc. is building “Iizuna AI” — an AI-driven creative production
pipeline for short-form social media advertising on platforms such as
Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Our goal is to
evaluate and integrate Veo into a workflow that produces high-quality,
short (5–15 second) video ad creatives for our own products and for
client campaigns in the Japanese and global markets.
Specifically, we plan to:
- Generate product-focused ad creatives (e-commerce items, services,
lifestyle scenes) where the visual subject is primarily the product
or scene, with or without human presence. - Generate human-centered ad creatives such as model-style
demonstrations and testimonial-style scenes, used for A/B testing
creative variations. - Evaluate the available Veo model variants (standard, fast, lite, and
the 3.1 series) to determine the optimal trade-off between quality,
latency, and cost for each ad format and channel.
People Generation
Our use case may include the generation of adult human figures
(e.g., models, lifestyle scenes) for advertising creatives. We do not
plan to generate content involving minors. If a separate approval is
required for adult people generation, please advise on the appropriate
process.
Volume & Scale
We are currently in a pilot / evaluation phase, with monthly generation
volume to be determined based on initial quality and cost results.
Expected ramp-up is gradual, starting from low-volume testing.
Responsible AI & Compliance
- All generated content will comply with Google Cloud’s Generative AI
Prohibited Use Policy and platform-specific advertising policies
(Meta, TikTok, YouTube). - We will retain SynthID watermarking and not attempt to remove or
obscure it. - Generated ads will be reviewed before publishing.
- We will not generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals
without consent.
