Use case

Local upscaling on our RTX 4060 Laptop 8GB has been thoroughly tested and confirmed infeasible (SeedVR2 7B Q4 GGUF with 32-block swap takes ~13 hours just for VAE encoding alone; FlashVSR 7B OOMs at 1280x720). Friendly bump — 12 days in, project gen-lang-client-00875195.. still shows no Upscale option in Vertex AI Studio Video Task dropdown. The $300 trial credit expires 2026-07-08 (~25 days away). Would appreciate any update on the review queue. Thanks!
