Request to restore Gemini API access — "Your project has been denied access" (403)

Hello,

I’m requesting a review and unblock of my project’s access to the Gemini API.
I consistently get 403 PERMISSION_DENIED: “Your project has been denied access.
Please contact support.” on all requests (both the Files API and generateContent).

Details:

  • Project ID: [gen-lang-client-08401047…
  • Personal Google account, age-verified (18+).
  • Google AI Studio works normally with the same account.
  • The same 403 also occurs on a brand-new project with a fresh API key.
  • The Generative Language API is enabled on the project.
  • No policy violations or heavy prior usage; this appears to be a false-positive
    automated block.
