Request to restore Gemini API access — "Your project has been denied access" (403 False Positive)

I am requesting a review and unlock of access to the Gemini API for the project listed below.

Could you please help manually review and restore the access? Here are my project details:

• Use case: Local knowledge base chatbot for internal use (team of 3, very low volume — under 200 requests/day)
• Project Name: projects/4669225915..
• Project ID: app-support-hub
• Model Used: gemini-3-flash-preview
• Endpoint: https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com/v1beta/models/gemini-3-flash-preview:streamGenerateContent?alt=sse

Hi, This is very likely caused by an issue which is currently only visible in Google Cloud console. We’re working to move visibility of this into AI Studio. To resolve this:

• Open the Cloud console & select your project
• You should see a banner which explains the issue / may allow you to appeal
