Request to remove account restriction

Hi team,

My project in Google AI Studio currently shows a “Restricted” status, and all my API calls are returning the following error:
403 PERMISSION_DENIED: Your project has been denied access

Project ID: Gemini Api Test

Use case: I am a university student studying mathematics, and I am using the API strictly for personal academic purposes. My automated workflow is designed to translate and reformat pure mathematics textbooks into clean LaTeX source code. This may be a lightweight text generation task with low API request frequency and token usage, aimed solely at helping me organize materials for my upcoming semester.

Billing status: Free tier, no billing account set up yet.

I strongly believe this restriction is a false positive triggered by the automated abuse detection system. My usage is purely educational and complies with all terms of service. Could you please manually review my project and help remove the restriction?
