Hello Google AI Studio Support Team,

I am requesting a manual review of the suspension of my original Google AI Studio application.

App Name: Project Paw (PawQio)

Error Message: “App suspended for abuse. This app was suspended for violations of our policies.”

PawQio is a legitimate pet grooming booking and merchant management platform that I have been developing in Malaysia.

This original AI Studio project is important to my workflow because I use it to receive code updates and prepare deployments to Google Cloud Run.

I am not aware of any intentional policy violations. I respectfully request:

  1. A manual review of the suspension.
  2. Clarification of the specific reason for the suspension.
  3. Restoration of my original AI Studio project if the suspension was made in error.
  4. Preservation of my source code, project files, and development history.
  5. Guidance on any corrections required to comply with Google policies.

I am happy to cooperate with the review process.

I checked my original Project Paw (PawQio) application again today, October 14, 2026, and it is still showing “App suspended for abuse.”

Could a Google AI Studio support representative please manually review this suspension, clarify the specific policy violation, and advise whether my original project can be restored?

This project contains important development work for my pet grooming platform in Malaysia.

I have already attached a screenshot of the suspension error in my original post.

Update: PawQio Remains Suspended — Another Project Affected After GitHub Import

Dear Google AI Studio Support Team,

I am following up on my appeals submitted since October 14, 2026.

My original PawQio application remains suspended and has never been reinstated. I have not received any explanation or confirmation of a manual review.

On October 23, 2026, at approximately 5:48 AM (Malaysia time), I pulled the latest PawQio code from GitHub into another Google AI Studio project.

The GitHub synchronization completed, but the project subsequently displayed “App suspended for abuse.”

I am concerned that my legitimate pet grooming booking and merchant management application may be triggering an automated policy review or false positive.

I respectfully request:

  1. An urgent manual review of the affected PawQio applications.
  2. Clarification of the specific policy violation, if any.
  3. An investigation into why projects containing the PawQio code are being suspended.
  4. Restoration of access if these suspensions were made in error.

I have been seeking assistance for over a week without a response.

I can provide the relevant App IDs, screenshots, and GitHub commit details privately.

Unfortunately, PawQio is still suspended.

I received your confirmation that my application had been reactivated at approximately 2:44 PM on October 23, 2026 (Malaysia time).

However, when I checked again at approximately 3:45 PM, the application still displayed:

“App suspended for abuse.”

My application details are:

- Application: Project Paw (PawQio)

- AI Studio App ID: 33f4d9b6-3b75-4ed8-89df-702617387b53

- Google Cloud Project ID: project-paw-448a9

Could you please verify that the correct App ID was reactivated and check whether the suspension flag is still active?

I have attached a new screenshot showing the issue.

I would also appreciate clarification about the reason for the repeated suspensions to help prevent this from happening again.
