Request for Manual Review – My Google AI Studio App Suspended for Abuse

Hello Google AI Studio Team,

My Google AI Studio application has been suspended with the following message:

“App suspended for abuse – This app was suspended for violation of our policies.”

I would like to request a manual review of my application.

The application is the 網站結構與語料盤點系統 (Website Structure and Corpus Inventory System) that I developed for legitimate administrative and management purposes. It is designed to help me check whether links on organizational websites are active, organize related records, and export them into document formats.

The application does not intentionally contain or provide any malicious, abusive, fraudulent, phishing, spam, or harmful activities. I believe the suspension may have resulted from an automated detection or a misunderstanding.

I have also not received any email explaining the specific violation, and there is currently no appeal/review option visible in AI Studio. Furthermore, I have not backed up the application’s source code and developed it entirely within the web interface.

I respectfully request that the Google AI Studio team:

  • Manually review my application.

  • Identify the specific policy or activity that caused the suspension.

  • Restore access to the application if the suspension was made in error.

  • Let me know if any changes are required for policy compliance.

I am fully willing to modify or remove anything that may violate Google’s policies.

Hi Payal_Sharma2, I am facing the exact same issue and my project was just suspended for “abuse”, which is completely baffling. I have worked so hard on this project, investing my time, money, and energy into it, and I am literally one step away from finishing it. The last coding tasks I was working on only involved standard frontend features like map coordinate geolocations and radius filtering using mock test user profiles. There is nothing harmful, malicious, or policy-violating in my project at all.

Please review and lift this suspension ASAP as this is clearly a false positive triggered by the automated safety filter during code generation. I just need access to my work back.
