Hello Google AI Studio Team,
My Google AI Studio application was suddenly suspended with the message:
“App suspended for abuse — This app was suspended for violations of our policies.”
I have not received any email explaining the violation or providing an appeal link. The application has also disappeared from the “My apps” section of AI Studio.
The application is an internal management system for my bicycle repair and retail business in Argentina. It is used for legitimate business operations including inventory management, bicycle repairs, purchases, expenses, cash/treasury management, supplier credit notes, customers, CRM and marketing.
I was performing normal frontend and database-management development when the suspension occurred. The application is not intended for spam, phishing, malware, scraping, fraud, abusive automation or prohibited content.

The published application is still functioning, but I have lost access to the project in AI Studio.
I respectfully request:
- a manual review of the suspension,
- clarification of what specific activity or content triggered it,
- restoration of access if the suspension was made in error,
- or at minimum access to export/recover the source code.
I am fully willing to correct anything that may unintentionally violate the policies.
I have checked my inbox and spam folder and have received no suspension or appeal email.
