My app was suspended with the message “App suspended for abuse: This app was suspended for violations of our policies”. I am requesting a manual review by a human reviewer.
The app is an internal administrative management system developed for corporate use. It does not contain or generate malicious, fraudulent, spam, scraping, hate, harassment, sexual, or dangerous content. I believe this was an erroneous automated detection.
I did not receive an email with the reason or the appeal link outlined in the abuse monitoring policy. The “Contact support” link in the documentation (aistudio.google.com/support) returns a 404 error, and the app has disappeared from the “My apps” list.
According to the policy, prompts, context, and outputs are retained for 55 days and can be reviewed by authorized personnel. I ask that a reviewer examine the flagged content, identify the policy or excerpt that prompted this action, and correct the classification if it is a false positive.
Specifically, I request: 1) manual review; 2) identification of the reason; 3) restoration of access; 4) preservation of the source code and project data during the review.
