Hello Google Gemini API Team,
I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API access. My API requests are returning the following error: 403 PERMISSION_DENIED: Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.
In Google AI Studio, my Billing Tier also shows as “Unavailable”.
I have already confirmed the following:

Age verification is complete on my Google account.

A recovery phone number is registered.

2-Step Verification is enabled.

I have tried creating a new Google Cloud project and generating a fresh API key, but the 403 error persists on the new project as well.
This appears to be an account-level flag. I am trying to use the API for development via a VS Code extension. Could someone please manually review my account and restore Free Tier access?
