Request for Manual Review – 403 PERMISSION_DENIED – Your project has been denied access

Hello Gemini API Team,

I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API access.

My project is:

Project name: Saedni AI

Project ID: saedni-ai

Project number: 9621827547..

When I try to use the Gemini API, I receive this error:

403 PERMISSION_DENIED

“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”

I have already:

- Created a new Google Cloud project.

- Created a new Gemini API key.

- Imported the project into Google AI Studio.

- Verified my Google account.

- Enabled 2-Step Verification.

- Completed age verification.

However, the API still returns the same 403 error.

I do not have a billing card, and I am trying to use the Gemini API on the available free tier for testing and development of my personal Android application “Saedni AI”.

Could you please manually review my Google account/project and remove any incorrect access restriction if possible?

I can provide screenshots of the error and project details if required.

Please try the below steps:

  1. Check Model Availability & Rate Limits:

    • Ensure that the model you are requesting is available on your current plan. For example, not all models are available on the free tier. You can verify model availability, quotas, and limits on the AI Studio Rate Limit dashboard.

  2. Verify your Google Account:

  3. Upgrade to a Paid Tier:

    • If verifying your account does not restore access (or if using a model requiring a paid tier), you can unlock access by adding prepayment credits directly in Google AI Studio or attaching a Google Cloud Billing account in the Google Cloud Console.
