Recurrent Issue with Large Video in Chats – “Failed to generate content”

I’ve noticed a recurring issue starting yesterday.
It happens in both a large chat (900k+ tokens) and a relatively new chat (150k tokens).

Description:
The familiar error appears:

Failed to generate content. Please try again.

Previously, this happened very rarely, and I could resolve it by refreshing the page or deleting a few recent messages. This time, however, it happens repeatedly in all browsers and doesn’t stop.

Steps I took to verify:

  • Opened a new chat → everything worked normally, including fast responses and image processing.
  • Added video (from the 150k tokens chat) → the error appeared again.
  • Edited my prompt and removed the video → responses worked fine.
  • Added a smaller video → the system responded successfully.
  • Re-added the large video → the error returned.

Conclusion:
This is not a file-specific problem, since the video worked fine in the previous chat.
It seems that the issue consistently occurs when adding large video to a chat, even a nearly empty new chat.
