I am seeking help unblocking my API project. I have already verified that my Google Cloud billing account is active, but my API project appears to be incorrectly stuck in the “Free Tier” entitlement service. The project was built on AI Studio.
The billing team have informed me that there is a metadata sync bug and that the project’s permissions need to be forced to to update from “Free” to "Paid”
I want to clarify that no quota limits have been reached
