  2. RPM is 10,000, but I receive a 429 error when using the key.
  3. The quota page actively shows generate_content_free_tier_input_token_count metrics are being tracked on my paid project.
  4. Request: Please manually sync my project’s billing status to eliminate all free-tier quotas and correctly apply paid-tier limits.
