I am a subscriber to Google AI Pro and I am experiencing a serious and ongoing issue with the quota/cooldown system within the Antigravity environment. I would like to explain exactly what happened:
During the first week of the cooldown period, I did not use Antigravity or the Claude model at all.
The only usage was with Gemini, and it was minimal—just a few short questions.
A few hours before the end of the first cooldown period, I made sure not to use any model at all.
When the first cooldown period ended:
- I did not use any model.
- The Gemini quota was 100% unused.
Despite this, the cooldown was automatically renewed immediately for another full week without any new usage.
This behavior contradicts what is stated in the official documentation and in the Pro plan details, where quotas and cooldowns are supposed to be linked to actual usage, not automatically renewed without any activity.
I can also confirm that I have:
- Verified that the account is in good standing.
- Confirmed that the Pro subscription is active.
- Ensured I am using the correct account on the platform.
- Logged out and back in multiple times.
- Closed and reopened the program several times.
None of this changed the situation.
Because of this issue, I have been directly affected and am unable to use the service I am paying for, despite fully complying with the cooldown restrictions.
I am requesting an official explanation from the team regarding:
- Why the cooldown is automatically renewed without any usage.
- Why this is happening to subscribers on a paid plan, which contradicts the plan details and documentation.
