Pro Account Locked in daily-cloudcode-pa Loop

@Abhijit_Pramanik My account is being forced onto the daily-cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com staging endpoint. Connections are being forcibly closed (wsasend).

Technical Proof: A separate free @gmail.com account works perfectly on the same hardware and network. This is a confirmed backend account-flagging issue.
