Hello, I am getting the message “Further action is required to use Antigravity. Please verify your account, then sign in again to continue” when trying to log in.
I have already verified my account on the web browser and it works fine there.
My account age is verified (18+).
I have tried clearing the local cache in %APPDATA%\Antigravity.
Could you please help me check if this is a known bug or if my account has been banned/restricted from using Antigravity? I want to know if there is any violation on my account or if it’s just a technical issue.
Hello, I’m getting the same error. I cannot use my Antigravity at all and Gemini-CLI is also not letting me use any 3.0 Gemini model. No response over email either.
This is supposedly known issue/bug affecting veteran/old account stuck trying to validate billing information using the new billing system which i have encountered last week. Since then google has fixed the issue(?).
When this new error pops out on mine 3 days ago, i fixed it by confirming the access to regain back the functionality by the “authentication is successful” message like you have shown. Then i go to google payments to verify back my payment information because Antigravity shows a different output. Now i am back using it just fine.
Thank you for the tip, however after I authenticate and get the '“authentication is successful” message and go to google payments I don’t see anything to ‘verify’ any information there, just the usual details of my profile. Can you be a bit more specific as to how you did this part please?
@danyooooo, we appreciate you providing those helpful steps.
If the issue persists for others, please try re-running the verification process, clearing your browser cache, and restarting Antigravity before re-logging into your account. Thank you for your patience as we work through this.
Okay, in my case, after logging in with my email account, it says: “You have successfully authenticated.” But then it says: “Further action is required to use Antigravity. Please verify your account, then sign in again to continue. Learn more by visiting the FAQ.” It won’t let me activate the Antigravity features, and I’ve been waiting for several days to be able to log in, but it still doesn’t work. The account is paid; I just made the payment a few days ago, and I still can’t use the Antigravity app. I’ve tried every option, and I still can’t work. This is unacceptable for a service I’m paying for.
When that error shows up, it wasnt really helpful on actually what to do. So i accessed the Antigravity Output (Ctrl + Shift + U) and read the “full” details about the problem. First it was “Verify your account” which is the same as the UI is showing. After i have passed the verification* for access, the output changed to “Check your payments method information” which prompted me to go check my google account which in my case there was a problem even though it is taking payments just fine.
Then i logout from Antigravity using the Command Palette (Ctrl + Shift + P) and chose Antigravity: Reset Onboarding which fully clears my login data and i relog back in and it was working again
P.S - Your output may show different results and possibly not helpful
*The verification page for inserting phone number also does not work for me like @kmlkz shows in the image nor do the devices (phones) that i am currently signed in to. The only reason i can proceed was using an old device that the account first registered. Had to dug up my old phone and accept the verification. The verification page is very clunky.
Thank you, but unfortunately no such luck for me..the verification page seems to be the problem. It’s absolutely and utterly insane that objectively it’s simply not working for anyone and yet in production. I don’t have an old device or a droid with a sim card, I just have my macbook and iphone and it seems like that means no antigravity for me, shame.
Are you seriously hoping Google’s response, they are active in moderation not in support, if I will say something negative about google my comment will be removed immediately. Shows their priorities.
