I can not verify, it’s asking me to send a SMS to a US route. Doesn’t seem to reach from my domestic carrier. So I’m just stuck unable to verify and unable to use what I paid for.
Thank you so much for sharing this step-by-step guide with the community.
If the in-app verification prompt does not appear or is routing you to an unreachable US SMS number, please try these direct steps for your Google Account:
For @adam-h (When the Verify Page Does Not Appear):
Complete Verification Directly in Your Browser (Official FAQ): Instead of waiting for the in-app prompt, sign in to your @gmail.com account in a web browser and check these three pages directly:
Reset Cached Onboarding: Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows/Linux or Cmd+Shift+P on macOS), run Antigravity: Reset Onboarding, and complete the OAuth sign-in in a fresh Incognito / Private browser window.
For @Kawaiidmin (When Verification Asks to Send an SMS to a US Route):
Turn Off Any VPN or Proxy Before Verifying: If a VPN or proxy is active (especially on a US server), Google’s verification flow defaults to a US SMS shortcode that domestic carriers outside the US block. Disconnect from any VPN/proxy and retry on your local network or mobile data.
Verify via Direct Age/Security Links or an Alternate Device: Complete your verification directly at myaccount.google.com/age-verification and ensure 2-Step Verification / Google Prompts (or a Passkey) are enabled at myaccount.google.com/security before running Antigravity: Reset Onboarding and signing in again.
If either of you still cannot sign in after trying these steps, please share a screenshot of the exact screen or your diagnostic logs (.txt file) from Help > Toggle Developer Tools > Console.
