Cannot login to antigravity app ,after browser auth ,asks verify but sms for verification is not being send

Hello,

I am unable to log in to the Antigravity app using my Google account.

After completing the Google sign-in process, I am redirected back to the Antigravity app and presented with an additional verification screen (screenshot attached).

When I tap the Verify button, it opens a browser page displaying a QR code. After scanning the QR code with my phone and opening the resulting link, I am redirected to my SMS application. However, the SMS message fails to send every time.

To troubleshoot, I have:

  • Attempted the verification process multiple times.

  • Tried using different phone numbers.

  • Confirmed that my device is able to send SMS messages to other recipients without any issues.

Despite these steps, I am still unable to complete the verification process and therefore cannot access the app.

Is there an alternative method to verify my account or complete the authentication process? I am happy to provide any additional information or follow any alternative verification procedure required.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance and a timely response.

Thank you for your time and support.

I’m experiencing the same problem. When logging into Antigravity, I switch to a browser and perform the normal actions. Then, when I return to Antigravity, it asks for account verification. I’ve also scanned the QR code, but I can’t send messages at all. I have 5 phones, 6 phone numbers (3 of which have never been registered with any email accounts and have been used for 3 years with my personal information), but none of them can send messages. One phone is brand new and I logged into that account immediately, but it’s still not working.

My SIM card has credit and isn’t blocked in any way.
My SIM cards are all registered in my name and have been used for over 3 years, with 3 of them never registered or verified for any email accounts.
My email address is clean and has never violated any rules. I’ve tried enabling and disabling the two-step verification process, but it still doesn’t work.

I verified my Google account using my ID card, recorded a video, etc.
The account is still logged into Google Studio, OneGoogle, Google Antigravity, etc., and all Google products on the website are working normally.

Everything was successful, and the Gmail/Google account returned as eligible and complete… But when I tried to verify, it was completely impossible because I couldn’t send messages.
I uninstalled Antigravity, reinstalled it, and completely removed hidden files using specialized software. Uninstalling the software, resetting the computer, and reinstalling it with user or administrator privileges still resulted in this problem.

I think this is some kind of broader bug, because I have seen threads of other people also stating the same issue; some users have even bought premium accounts and such, but Antigravity still does not allow the Gmail account to log in. I have tried to find a solution, but to no avail. Some people suggested switching to another account. Have you tried using a different account and seeing if it works?
This was my main account, and I wanted to use it for Antigravity too, so I really needed a solution to this issue.

Thank you. But if I have to use a different Antigravity account, how do I discard this one? I’d have to pay for a new account, and there’s no guarantee the new account won’t have the same problems. Meanwhile, this is my primary account. Antigravity currently has no support channel whatsoever.

Yes, it is possible that the issue may still occur with a new account. However, if you need to use Antigravity as soon as possible, you could try creating a new Google account and logging in with it. You can try using the free tokens available. If you’re successful, then you can buy the subscription. As for the current account, unfortunately, I don’t think there’s a solution for it in the near future. You should probably cancel the subscription. I have reported this bug through the Antigravity app itself multiple times, posted and read threads here and there, but I still don’t have a solution. This thread was my last effort to somehow gain access to Antigravity through my main account, although I will continue trying to find a solution. Truly disappointed, Antigravity doesn’t have any support channel or customer help center.

Hello. I had the same problem. Went through the forum, Grok and Claude. None worked. This is what worked for me:

Requirements

  • Disable pop-up blocker in your default browser.

  • Notebook that has bluetooth + cellphone (yours or someone elses).

Steps

  1. Reset Onboarding Antigravity - Log out → Close → Open → Ctrl + Shift + P (or Cmd + Shift + P). Select: “Antigravity: Reset Onboarding” → Close the IDE.

  2. Clear Cache Backup and/or directly nuke these:

    • Roaming App Data: %APPDATA%\Antigravity (and %APPDATA%\Antigravity IDE)

    • Local App Data: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Antigravity (and %LOCALAPPDATA%\Antigravity IDE)

    • Brain/Session Cache: %USERPROFILE%\.gemini\antigravity (and %USERPROFILE%\.gemini\antigravity-ide)

  3. Authenticate via Bluetooth Start the Antigravity IDE and log in. Authenticate. You might be asked via pop up to verify your login - select the bluetooth and do it.

  4. Bypass SMS Antigravity will now tell you that your acc needs to be verified. Click on the verify button a QR code will show up, just like before with the sms. Grab this time yours or someones phone that has chrome as default browser → Even your acc being logged in there, it will verify your existence without an sms this time.

Antigravity works.

In essence the goal is to land into verification that allows you to verify without sending an sms, that often doesn’t work.

All the extra steps like deleting %APPDATA% reseting onboarding status, are variables that are helping fight the security flags/settings that could happen behind the scenes.

Using Gemini CLI and telling it to use the same login for Antigravity, or using Bash scripts to nuke files helps that too.

But in the end it boils down to having a “clean slate” and getting the systems to authenticate via bluetooth and google native tools, like the chrome browser.

So, I found a working solution. The answer is to just use an iPhone instead of an Android phone. I used an iPhone and scanned the QR code, and it verified. I did not even had to send the message. You don’t even need to have the same Google account on that iPhone. Just scan the QR and you are good to go.
