As an Ultra Plan user, I faced recurring errors with the Claude models. My credits were depleted much quicker than normal despite the system failures. I believe these deductions were unjustified. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate a credit adjustment based on user satisfaction, as my credits were used up without providing any results.
reproducing steps:
Select any Claude model to start a chat.
Enter a prompt and send the message.
Observe that the system returns an error message instead of a response.
Check the credit balance and observe that credits were deducted faster than normal despite the failed request.
Repeat the process and notice that credits continue to decrease with each error.
