I am writing to request a manual restoration of my credits due to a severe technical issue on the Antigravity platform. I am a Google Pro user.
Here is the timeline of the incident:
I quickly exhausted the included session in my plan using Claude Opus 4.6.
I then consumed an additional 1,000 credits in just 4 hours.
To continue my work, I purchased a pack of 2,500 credits.
When my balance reached 1,500 credits, the Opus 4.6 model began to crash repeatedly, getting stuck and blocking my prompts.
Despite the constant errors and the fact that I couldn’t complete my tasks, my balance dropped from 1,500 to almost 0 (currently 90 credits) in less than 4 hours of unstable usage.
It is clear that the system charged me for failed requests or failed to handle the context cache correctly during the crashes. Since I purchased these credits to work and the service was not provided correctly, I am requesting a restoration of the 2,500 credits to my account.
I prefer a credit restoration over a monetary refund so I can resume my work immediately.
