I am experiencing a critical issue where my credits are being incorrectly deducted due to server-side errors. When using the Claude Opus model, my requests begin to process briefly, but are then interrupted by a “Error: Our servers are experiencing high traffic right now, please try again in a minute” message.
Expected behavior: If a request fails due to a server overload or error, the credits for that prompt should not be deducted.
Actual behavior: The system fully deducts the credits from my balance, even though the generation was aborted by the server and I received no usable output.
Because this is a system bug and not user error, I kindly request a refund/reimbursement for the credits that were unfairly deducted during these server outages.
