Persistent Error #3501 on Personal Gmail Account — Individual Free Plan — Pakistan

Hello Google Antigravity Team,

I am experiencing persistent error #3501 in Google Antigravity 2.0.

Error:

“You do not have a valid license of this product. Please contact your administrator to request a license. If you are not an enterprise user and believe you are receiving this message as an error, please try using the latest version and logging in again. (#3501)”

My setup:

  • Account: Personal Gmail account
  • Account type: Individual / Free
  • Country: Pakistan
  • Platform: Windows
  • Product: Google Antigravity 2.0
  • Version: 2.17.0
  • Enterprise/Workspace account: No

I have already:

  1. Updated Antigravity.
  2. Signed out and signed back in.
  3. Confirmed that I am using my personal Gmail account.
  4. Completely restarted Antigravity.
  5. Restarted Windows.
  6. Cleared/recreated local Antigravity authentication/configuration.
  7. Tested again with a new conversation.

The problem persists.

The Google Antigravity documentation states that personal Google accounts are supported, and Pakistan is listed as a supported country.

Please check whether my Google account is correctly provisioned for the Individual Antigravity entitlement and whether it is incorrectly being routed through enterprise license validation.

Please also check whether my account has an incorrect or missing Antigravity entitlement.

Error ID:
3501

Thank you.

Hi @Hasan_Feroz, Welcome to the Forum!

Since the cache is cleared, let’s try upgrading to the latest Antigravity 2.0 (v2.18.1) or Antigravity CLI (v1.2.11). Let us know if you’re still running into problems after that!
