Request to restore Gemini API access — “Your project access has been denied” (403 False Positive)

Hello team,

I am requesting a review and restoration of access to the Gemini API for the project listed below.

Could you please help review and manually restore access? Here are my project details:

Use case: Local knowledge base chatbot for internal use (team of 3 people, very low volume — less than 200 requests/day)

Project Name: projects/4669225915..

Project ID: app-support-hub

Model Used: gemini-3-flash-preview

Endpoint: https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com/v1beta/models/gemini-3-flash-preview:streamGenerateContent?alt=sse

Authentication method: API key

This is very likely caused by an issue which is currently only visible in Google Cloud console. We’re working to move visibility of this into AI Studio. To resolve this:

Open the Cloud console & select your project
You should see a banner which explains the issue / may allow you to appeal
