Paid Tier has not upgraded after meeting the requirements, and monthly spending cap did not reset on the 1st

Hello Google AI Studio / Gemini API team,

I am experiencing an issue with my Gemini API billing tier and monthly spending cap.

My account has already met the stated requirements for a tier upgrade for about one month, but the API tier still has not been upgraded. It is still showing as Tier 1.

In addition, according to the documentation and the message shown in Google AI Studio, the billing account monthly spending cap should reset on the 1st day of each month, Pacific Time. However, it is now already May 6, and my account is still showing the warning:

“Your billing account has reached the monthly spending limit. Service has been paused.”

Because of this, my Gemini API service is still paused even though the new month has already started.

Could you please help check the following?

  1. Why my API tier has not been upgraded even though the requirements have been met for about one month.

  2. Why the billing account monthly spending cap did not reset on the 1st day of the month as stated.

  3. Whether there is any billing account status issue or quota synchronization delay affecting my account.

This issue is blocking my API usage. I would appreciate it if the team could help review my billing account and restore or update the usage limit as soon as possible.
