I’m using Pro and am currently experiencing the same case as everyone.
Woke up Thursday to see the quota suddenly reached its limit until 3/15
Bought credits to use for the rest of the week
Woke up on 15th to find out I was locked out another 7 days until 3/22 this time. Haven’t used a single prompt today!
I understand if google wants users to subscribe to higher models, and I’m very willing to as a professional engineer. But you need to understand a few things:
We’re trying to adopt gemini and antigravity into professional work processes here. We’ll need some transparency and reliability from the service for this to be successful.
$250 per month is no joke for a subscription fee. We need a middle level model btw Pro and Ultra to be convinced to try upgrading.
This is 100% the very same issue I am having here, after lockout for 7days, I was somewhat happy to have a fresh quota as of today, only to see an extra 7days lockout. The week is just starting without doing anything.
By tomorrow (monday) I will simply pay for cursor or copilot and will never have anything to do with Antigravity in my life.
To provide you with greater control and a seamless path to scale, we are evolving our Google AI plans by introducing built-in AI credits that can now be utilized directly within Antigravity.
Under this updated structure, our Google AI Pro tier is tailored for practical builders, offering generous limits for Gemini Flash alongside a baseline quota to experience our most advanced premium models. For developers operating at the highest scale who require consistent, high-volume access to our most complex models, Google AI Ultra serves as the ideal comprehensive solution.
Furthermore, we’ve designed these plans with maximum flexibility in mind; if you are on the Pro plan and require additional capacity or deeper premium access for intensive development sprints, you can seamlessly top up your AI credits to customize your limits and continue shipping your best work without interruption.
Please be assured that I have shared your feedback with our internal team.
It doesn’t appear that your latest reply (or the previous ones) directly addresses the main concerns being discussed.
The issue users are highlighting is that, after being informed of a cooldown period, the timer resets for another week while still showing a 0% quota.
I understand you may be following management’s guidance, but it would greatly help the community if this concern could be escalated or clarified. Users are looking for a clear explanation of this behavior rather than general or templated responses.
