Ncorrect IP Geolocation (Finland -> Russia) Causing Gemini API Access Block

Hoping someone here can shed some light or point me in the right direction. My server, which is located in Finland and has a Finnish IP, is being consistently misidentified by Google’s systems as being in Izhevsk, Russia.

The major issue here is that this is directly blocking my access to the Gemini API. It seems like there are regional restrictions in place for what Google thinks is a Russian IP, and my legitimate Finnish IP is getting caught in that. I’ve confirmed with other geolocation services (MaxMind, IPInfo, etc.) that they correctly identify my IP’s location as Finland, so this seems to be an issue with Google’s internal database.

I’ve already tried the standard IP geolocation correction form, but that hasn’t resolved the problem.

Is there a more direct channel or someone I can contact specifically for API-related geolocation issues? I’m happy to provide the IP address in question privately to a Google employee for investigation. This is a significant blocker for my development work with the Gemini API.
