Nana Banana Pro won’t generate at 2K/4K resolution (Tier 1 user)

Hello,
I’m a Tier 1 user in Cloud Console. I generate images in AI Studio using the Nana Banana Pro model.
It works fine at 1K resolution (1024×1024), but when I select 2K or 4K resolution, generation doesn’t start at all—the prompt doesn’t seem to be processed.

I have enough credits and I’ve tried different browsers, but the result is the same.
Is there a resolution limitation for Tier 1 users, or is this a model-specific restriction?

The same prompt works with other models. Has anyone experienced this or found a solution?

Could you please share the exact prompt you are using to generate images using Nano Banana Pro, along with any error logs? Additionally, does this happen in a new prompt window or when the context window is large?

Olá, tudo bem? Experimente fazer novamente após eliminando os caches, e se o problema persistir faz um print da tela se houver algum erro

Olá @ rcpylmz tudo bem? Eu fiz vários testes com Nano Banana figuras de 1k 2k 4k ou mais e gerou as figuras sem problemas.
