Internal Error When Using Image Generation in Nano Banana Pro (Studio AI)

Hello,

When attempting to use the image generation feature in Nano Banana Pro within Studio AI, the following error consistently appears:
“An internal error has occurred.”

I have already tested this on two different accounts, and in both cases:

  • The payment method is correctly configured

  • The API is active and functioning properly

The issue occurs exclusively during image generation in Studio AI, which suggests a possible internal service or integration failure.

Could you please verify whether there is any service instability, account limitation, or additional configuration required?

Hi @Sonali_Kumari1 , are there any updates? This issue is still ongoing. Not a big fan of being charged $$ for sending a request when the service 503’s.
